Semprit Gerinda dan PPP Panwaslu Temukan Pelanggaran saat Kampanye

SUMENEP – Kampanye terbuka sejumlah parpol di daerah kepulauan diwarnai pelanggaran. Panwaslu menemukan pelanggaran kampanye yang dilakukan Partai Gerindra dan Partai Persatuan Pembanguan (PPP).
Pelanggaran yang dilakukan dua parpol tersebut adalah sama – sama tidak mengantongi surat tanda terima pemberitahuan (STTP). Seharusnya, untuk kampanye terbuka parpol mendapatkan STTP yang dikeluarkan kepolisian setempat. Selain tidak mengantongi STTP, dua parpol tersebut melibatkan anak – anak.
Gerindra menggelar kampanye terbuka akhir pekan lalu di dua lokasi, yakni di lapangan sepakbola Kecamatan Arjasa (Pulau Kangean) dan lapangan Desa/Kecamatan Sapeken. Sedangkan PPP di lapangan sepakbola Desa/Pulau Sepanjang.
Panwaslu Sumenep tidak akan memberi toleransi dengan pelanggaran tersebut yang terjadi. Anggota panwaslu, Ach. Rifa’i mengatakan, pelanggaran kampanye yang dilakukan dua parpol itu dalam proses pengkajian dan akan direkomendasikan ke KPUD dan pihak terkait.
“Kami akan memroses pelanggaran parpol, karena tidak mengantongi STTP dan melibatkan anak – anak. Masalah ini tidak akan kami beri toleransi,” tegasnya.
Menurut Rifa’i, panwaslu bekerja ekstra ketika pelanggaran kampanye terjadi di sejumlah pulau. Itu karena sulitnya melakukan komunikasi dengan panwas kecamatan yang ada di lapangan dan sulitnya transportasi laut.
Sehingga, ketika ada pelanggaran kampanye di kepulauan panwaslu kabupaten baru bisa mengumumkan ke publik satu hari berikutnya. Meski ada kendala, pihaknya akan tetap berupaya lebih intensif memantau pelanggaran pemilu. “Sebab, tidak menutup kemungkinan hal serupa bakal terjadi di tempat lain,” tandasnya. (Radar Madura)
